β€’ Cybercrime is rising, reaching record highs in 2023. β€’ CertifID provides a secure platform that verifies identities and authenticates wire transfers. β€’ Seeking a Senior Account Manager to maximize existing customer accounts. β€’ Role involves renewal, upselling, and cross-selling for security tools. β€’ Collaborate with the Customer Success Team for client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

β€’ Although not a strict requirement, candidates for this role will typically have 8+ years of relevant SaaS experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success. β€’ Demonstrated success in closing recurring revenue SaaS deals with a portfolio of customers that range in size and stakeholder sophistication in the buying process. β€’ At least 5 years of experience selling to existing customers and driving successful contract renewals. β€’ Strategic mindset with a passion for understanding and effectively communicating our technology's benefits. β€’ Proven track record as a closer, confidently working through discovery situations, uncovering business needs, and discussing value and pricing. β€’ Service-oriented with a willingness to go the extra mile for clients. β€’ Proactive mindset, taking charge of the commercial plan and initiating action. β€’ Ability to thrive in an agile, evolving environment and willingness to experiment and iterate quickly. β€’ Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills and a focus on team success.
