Description

• As a Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in helping us build the marketing engine that supports our business goals at Clarity. • You'll optimize the performance of our channels in line with the marketing strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally with a broad range of stakeholders, while immersing yourself in every nuance of the campaigns and projects that you own. • Contribute to the marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals • Own the management of our marketing channels, including events, content, email, and digital • Tactically execute campaigns and initiatives across all of our marketing channels • Produce content in service of campaigns and initiatives, such as blog posts, emails, website pages, case studies, webinars, and videos • Articulate objectives and key metrics for campaigns and initiatives, as well as own the analysis of and reporting on performance • Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business goals and product/service offerings • Build strong relationships with vendors to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing roles • Proven experience as a generalist marketer • Ability to articulate our unique value propositions elegantly and effectively • Strong organizational skills, including prioritization and context-switching, to juggle multiple projects simultaneously • Experience working in HubSpot, or similar marketing automation tool • Knowledge of private K12 schools or the education sector is a plus, but not required • Some travel required, to help run large conference events and attend team retreats
