• Lead the development of front-end applications using React and React Native for our new digital platform. • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces. • Turn design mockups and functional requirements into high-quality code. • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. • Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and services. • Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in front-end development. • Extensive experience with React and React Native. • Experience with Redux or other state management libraries. • Experience with version control systems like Git. • Understanding of modern front-end build pipelines and tools. • Experience with mobile app development and responsive design. • Excellent analytical skills; able to weigh pros and cons of design choices. • Ability to adapt quickly to changing processes and technologies. • Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library. • Knowledge of TypeScript. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. • Experience with Agile methodologies and project tracking software like Jira. • Understanding of UX principles and ability to collaborate with designers.
