Description

• About ClickHouse: an open-source, high-performance columnar OLAP database management system for real-time analytics. • The company is seeking a Technical Recruiter to grow ClickHouse across EMEA and APJ. • The role involves full life-cycle recruiting of technical and sales roles across multiple countries. • Partnering directly with Managers and VPs to understand hiring needs and team dynamics. • Identifying, engaging, and securing top talent candidates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of corporate/in-house recruiting experience, with at least 2 years recruiting for technical roles. • Experience partnering with, educating, and aligning hiring teams. • Experience with Greenhouse Recruiting ATS is preferred. • End-to-end candidate lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment. Start-Up experience is preferred. • Attention to detail; must demonstrate strong organization skills. • Enthusiasm for building-out recruiting processes and best practices. • "How can I help" attitude is key, with the ability to adapt easily to change, while wearing multiple hats. • Strong negotiation skills. • Sourcing skills that span platforms (LinkedIn, internal databases, Boolean Searches, GitHub).
