• Your primary focus will be to own, adapt and execute the connectivity engagement strategy across Distribution globally, delivering quantifiable results and managing complex relationships. • The focus of the partnership team is on growing and managing relationships with other technology & services companies ('partners'), with the ultimate aim of providing a strong integrated technology offering to Cloudbeds customers. • This role requires you to be creative, collaborative, and eager to tackle new grounds. • You will need the ability to identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with Cloudbeds partners, quickly assessing the attractiveness of potential opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ Years of Experience required in a Distribution role within technology, and consulting, business development, account management, digital marketing and/or professional services; • SME knowledge of the distribution / connectivity landscape including OTAs, Wholesale, CRS, GDS and Channel Management required; • Proven ability to develop relationships with both internal and external stakeholders; A team player who can lead by influence; Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, international team; Flexibility to work across multiple time zones; • Demonstration of ability to interact and ultimately influence executives and leaders; • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions; • Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask; • Ability to demonstrate Cloudbeds' core values
