• Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist on a permanent basis. • This role is integral to helping FCL meet the needs of an evolving candidate market so that we can build a diverse, qualified talent pool. • The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of sourcing, pipeline building, and workforce planning. • This position is a remote opportunity and can be based across Western Canada.

Requirements

• Have 6 – 9 years of relevant progressively responsible experience in recruitment & sourcing. • Have a bachelor’s degree in business or communications (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered). • Familiarity with pharmacy and agriculture industries is considered an asset.
