Description

• TheHRchapter seeks a proactive and strategic Affiliate Manager for a remote role. • Manage affiliate recruitment, engagement, and performance analysis for effective programs. • Collaborate with diverse partners to drive growth and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager. • A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Buying, or a related field is advantageous. • Proven background in Affiliate Marketing, especially in FX brokerage or related industries. • Strong understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels. • Familiarity with affiliate networks and tools. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Fluency in English and German. • Excellent planning and project management capabilities. • Ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines. • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
