• Coastal Community Bank is a leader in Banking with strong Financial infrastructure leading Banking as a Service (BaaS) and Fintech strategies. • As an ERM Risk Manager I, you will assist in creating risk standards and conducting comprehensive risk assessments. • The role involves collaboration with First Line business units to facilitate risk management activities and ensure robust risk management framework.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field and/or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise risk management, compliance, finance, or audit, preferably within a financial services or corporate environment. • 1-3 years of supervisory, leadership or management experience. • A relevant certification (e.g., CERP, CRMA, CISA) is a plus. • Experience in technology, information security and/or data risk management field preferred. • Fintech experience preferred.
