Requirements

• Deep technical domain knowledge in offensive security • 7 + years experience delivering offensive security services, such as penetration testing, red teaming, and vulnerability assessments • Experience managing and developing high performing teams • Experience launching and growing a cybersecurity product or service and managing the P&L • Ability to create business cases for investment decisions and work cross functionally to prioritize investments and launch new products • Dynamic public speaker with excellent communication and presentation skills • Experience with open source software, threat detection, and test content generation
