β€’ Outbound prospecting (call, email, LinkedIn) into a triaged list of target accounts and engage Talent Acquisition & Engineering stakeholders with CoderPad’s value proposition β€’ Collaborate with Marketing & Customer Success colleagues to detect new business opportunities with intent-based tools β€’ Establish a trusted advisor/consultant approach with new prospects and existing customers β€’ Suggest new ideas to improve our product, process, and workflows, based on customer feedback and strategic approach β€’ Achieve pre-defined outbound activity, pipeline, and revenue targets β€’ Engage with a value-based selling approach to delight our customers!

Requirements

β€’ 3 years+ in SaaS sales positions, with at least 1 year as an Account Executive β€’ A hunter mindset & Entrepreneurial spirit! β€’ Ability to operate with ambiguity, test and define new ideas, and engage executive buyers with innovative ideas and solutions β€’ A team-player who brings positivity and a lot of energy to the team β€’ Proficiency with SalesForce CRM. Gong & Apollo are a plus
