Description
• Build, grow, and lead Coinbase’s Talent Program Management team. • Oversee the delivery and execution of Early in Career Programs (ETP) / Intern hiring. • Drive Coinbase's Talent Brand / Marketing programs. • Own Talent Operations including reporting and operational cadence. • Responsible for global scheduling team (interview scheduling). • Set Talent Team’s recruiting standard and internal / external comms. • Identify areas of operational improvement for Recruiting Partners and hiring teams. • Lead projects from initiation through to execution to scale and operationalize programs. • Manage and refine Talent programs on an ongoing basis. • Influence, manage relationships and drive impact through a cross-functional, collaborative ecosystem.
Requirements
• 8+ • 8+ • Demonstrated experience taking recruiting / talent projects from inception to completion • Cross functional program management experience • Proven track record of leading impactful recruiting partnerships
