• Customer Engagement: Regularly reach out to existing customers via phone, email, or chat to check on their satisfaction levels, address concerns, and gather feedback. • Retention Strategy Execution: Implement strategies to increase customer loyalty, improve retention rates, and decrease churn. • Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for customers experiencing problems, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently to maintain satisfaction. • Product/Service Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on all products, services, and company policies to effectively address customer inquiries and provide relevant solutions. • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services that may enhance the customer experience. • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in CRM systems to track progress and customer history.

Requirements

• French C1 Level is a must • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. • Empathy and active listening skills to understand customer concerns. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retention roles is preferred.
