Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience with 3+ years in a managerial role • A robust track record of steering software engineering teams to deliver exceptional software punctually, reflecting both managerial excellence and technical prowess • Command over modern front-end technologies, with a particular focus on React, TypeScript, and NextJS to create responsive and engaging user interfaces • Experience with state management libraries such as Zustand, Jotai, Recoil, Redux, etc. • Familiarity with Monorepo structure and package management tools like Nx, Turborepo, Lerna • Comfortable working with modern build and integration tools such as Webpack, Vite, Jenkins, and ArgoCD • Knowledge of current trends, including the decision-making process for opting for Single Page Applications (SPA) vs Server-Side Rendering (SSR) • A strong sense for performance tuning, A/B testing, and analytics
