• Contentsquare is a global digital analytics company empowering the brands you interact with every day to build better online experiences for all. • Since our founding in France in 2012, we have grown to be a truly global and distributed team – known as the CSquad – representing more than 70 nationalities across the world. • In 2022, we raised $600M in Series F funding and were recognised as a certified Great Place to Work in France, Germany, Israel, US and UK. • The Web team is part of the Brand and Demand Generation team and a key contributor to the success of the marketing organization at Contentsquare. • The Senior Director will have the unique opportunity to drive major change for the business (migrating 3 websites into one and building the foundations for the future of our web capabilities to impact growth). • Reporting to the SVP Demand Gen & Brand the candidate will be the owner/driver of all websites related strategy and projects (Contentsquare.com, Hotjar.com, Heap.io) while leading a very talented team of 5.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Web or growth related roles within B2B organizations. • A great understanding of B2B funnel (ideally across all segments and motions) and the role the website plays in it. • At least 6+ years of experience in managing top performing teams. • You have owned or actively supported large scale web migration projects • Be a Simplifier: You make the complex simple and help your team successfully navigate complexity. • Be Audacious: You have a true passion for building new things and have the ambition and hunger to take risks. • Be Understanding: Empathy is your superpower. You are humble and always want to listen and learn from the team, our clients, their customers… • Be Deliberate: You are deliberate in your approach, using data to guide your decisions. • Some familiarity with web related tools and software • Examples: CMS (Contentful), hosting (Vercel), MAP (Marketo, Hubspot) • Travel requirement: May need to travel 2 to 4 times per year
