• Client Management : Handling relationships with existing accounts, understanding client needs, and ensuring satisfaction. • Own the Commercial relationship for their client base with a focus on maintaining and growing revenue • Targets for revenue growth, upselling, and cross-selling. • Collaborating with internal teams to align on account strategies and business development goals. • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes in Europe. • Managing price increases. • Articulating new products and services and their value proposition.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Account Management role (Customer Success also accepted) • Experience with European markets is crucial • Fluent in English and German • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales software, or other relevant systems. • Demonstrable knowledge of procurement and contract process • Willingness to travel about 20% • SaaS background/Technology background, working in a scale up environment • Experience working within the Brand Protection or Intellectual Property industry is desirable
