Description

• Leads outside sales team to achieve sales goals. • Responsible for hiring, training, and coaching sales representatives. • Develops regional sales plans for indirect selling. • Ensures sales metrics and quotas are met by the team. • Collaborates with marketing for effective planning.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. • 6 years’ experience in a related field. • 1+ year of experience in management or lead role. • Extensive skills in relationship building, business sales, and continuous learning. • Preferred: 2 or more years of management experience, enterprise sales management, and 3 years in communications and cloud sales.
