📋 Description

‱ Responsible for driving sales of software solutions and increasing customer acquisition and retention ‱ Manage and mentor the sales team, providing coaching and support to enhance performance ‱ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets ‱ Identify and target potential clients through market research and prospecting ‱ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction ‱ Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients ‱ Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies ‱ Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives ‱ Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management

🎯 Requirements

‱ Bachelor's degree in Finance as the position revolves around Finance SAAS sales. ‱ 5+ years of experience in SAAS sales, with a proven track record of managing sales teams ‱ Strong understanding of SAAS products and the software market ‱ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills ‱ Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making ‱ Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of leading a team in a fast-paced environment ‱ Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools ‱ Experience in developing sales training programs for team development ‱ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
