Description
• We are looking to bring on a Recruiter to own and drive our talent acquisition efforts! • Manage the entire recruitment process, from role opening to offer. • Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their staffing needs. • Proactively source high quality candidates through multiple channels. • Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications. • Build and nurture a strong pipeline of candidates through the interview process. • Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws.
Requirements
• Proven success as a Recruiter or similar role • Results-oriented • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and operate with a bias for action • Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Greenhouse is a plus.
