• Reporting to the Head of Partner Incentives, as CrowdStrike’s Program Manager, Partner Incentives you’ll be part of a strategic team focused on building partner incentives that ensures the mutual success of CrowdStrike and our diverse ecosystem of Partners • Manage and optimize partner incentive programs including SPIFFs and Rebates aimed at driving growth and maximizing the performance of our global partner ecosystem • Requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills who can collaborate across multiple teams to deliver innovative and effective incentive programs

Requirements

• 5+ years of partner/channel program management/incentive experience in a global technology organization or related field • A deep understanding of incentive program design and best practices with a proven track record of creating and managing partner incentive programs that drive results • A deep understanding of partner ecosystems and channel sales models including Resale, Global System Integrators (GSI), Telecommunications (Telco), Distribution, Technical Ecosystems, and Managed Service Providers (MSP/MSSP) • Sharp analytical skills with a love for data and making decisions based on it • Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects and commitments in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you’re someone who can connect with people and share your passion for incentives • Embraces a growth mindset with a strong drive for continuous learning and ongoing personal and professional development • Relevant Bachelor’s degree or related experience; preference for business and/or marketing • Proven ability to work effectively with global teams with different time zones and cultural considerations • A tech-savvy mindset with proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and bonus if you are familiar with 360insights
