• The Sales Enablement Learning Design Specialist plays a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive learning experiences that empower our sales teams to excel. • This position focuses on building structured, role-based learning paths aligned with our competency models, ensuring scalable, impactful enablement solutions. • Collaborating across teams—including sales, marketing, product, and enablement—you will create engaging, effective learning journeys.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or learning design, preferably in a sales enablement or training role. • Proven expertise in designing structured, role-based learning paths aligned with competency models. • Proficiency with LMS and CMS platforms (e.g., Docebo, Litmos, Articulate Rise 360, Highspot, Seismic, Allego) and content lifecycle management. • Strong instructional design skills with the ability to create content for diverse learning modalities (eLearning, instructor-led training, on-demand resources). • Experience in sales enablement, particularly within SaaS or cybersecurity industries, with a solid understanding of the sales process and buyer journey. • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Sandler, or Force Management. • Proficiency in tools for content creation and design (e.g., Google Slides, PowerPoint, Camtasia) and multimedia editing. • Strong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and refine them based on performance metrics. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to engage cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs effectively. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Certification in instructional design or learning experience design (e.g., ATD, CPTD, or similar) (Nice to Have). • Experience designing and scaling enablement programs for global sales teams (Nice to Have). • Familiarity with emerging trends in learning technologies and their application in sales enablement (Nice to Have).
