Description

• Coach and manage a team of CX Business Development Associates • Lead by example and contribute to team success • Guide team in sourcing and generating sales opportunities • Inspire, train, and mentor BDAs in lead generation and prospecting activities • Oversee the team’s sales pipeline and ensure follow-up of qualified opportunities • Work with Sales and Marketing teams to align on campaign goals and sales targets • Establish KPIs and metrics to track success

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, related field or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience in a sales or business development role • At least 2 years in a leadership position managing a team of SDRs or BDAs • Demonstrated success in lead generation, pipeline management, and meeting or exceeding sales targets • Strong coaching abilities • Excellent communication skills • Understanding of sales development tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn,LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesloft). • Mindset of a proactive, hands-on leader with a passion for developing team members and leading by example. • Ability to use a personal computer. • Proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications. • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment.
