Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on Agile development best practices. • Experience working with customers in their environment to gather requirements and translate customer needs into user stories and functional solutions. • Strong external communication skills, with the ability to effectively promote, sell, and train the product. • Experience working with internal teams to successfully launch new products and enhance existing ones. • Strong internal communication skills, with the ability to train and guide cross-functional teams on product features and delivery processes. • Proven experience in leading product development, communicating timelines, and ensuring the alignment of different departments. • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and best practices in product management. • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple internal projects simultaneously. • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a focus on hitting key milestones and deadlines.
