Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business. • 10+ years of experience within brand strategy and/or brand marketing. • Experience with credit unions, financial services, and/or fintech. • Experience leveraging brand measurement to drive business results. • Working knowledge of AI tools for ideation and efficiency. • Strong collaborator in a cross-functional environment. • Excellent writing skills; primary copywriter for MDC. • Public speaking skills for presentations and meetings. • Detail-oriented, organized; ability to multitask.
