• Responsible for ensuring CVS data remains secure. • Manage risks, vulnerabilities, and defects according to policies and best practices. • Execute the third party security program. • Develop reports and evaluate vendor assessments. • Review results of vulnerability assessments and penetration testing. • Communicate with auditors and regulators. • Participate in information security assessments and ensure technical compliance. • Assist in Policy/Standard development and security training. • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an IT Security/IT Risk environment in a large regulated organization. • 5+ years of risk assessment methodologies, IT/IS Policies and Standards, IT risk standards and best practices. • 3+ years managing vendor assessments. • 3+ years in development and administration of risk assessments and reviews. • 3+ years in cyber security assessment processes and disciplines. • 3+ years in more than one major IT discipline. • Preferred: Previous cyber security risk assessment within Healthcare • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, Information Security frameworks, and web application security testing.
