Description
• Respond to incoming inquiries by providing product recommendations and troubleshooting support • Collaborate with product and sales teams for product support • Assist customers with product information and recommendations • Utilize CRM, ERP, and ticketing software to document interactions • Provide world-class customer service to maintain high satisfaction ratings • Perform other job-related duties as requested
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Life Science such as Chemistry or Biology required • One year of Sales experience or Customer Service experience • 1 year of exposure to chromatography and/or sample preparation • Strong desire to cooperate in a teamwork environment • Experience with Microsoft Office and database management • Ability to quickly master new software • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
