Description
• Structure contracting deals, draft, redline, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts including, but not limited to master agreements, placement agreements, pricing agreements, distributor agreements, government agreements, and amendments. • Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Marketing, Finance, and other departments to solve moderately complex contracting problems. • Undertake additional duties and projects to contribute towards various initiatives.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of related work experience OR Master's Degree with 1+ years of related work experience. • Experience in pricing analysis, deal structuring, contracts drafting and redlining, and negotiating various commercial contracts in the medical device or healthcare industry. • Knowledge of healthcare fraud and abuse laws, rules, regulations, regulatory guidance, and industry codes, including the federal Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and HIPAA. • Contracting with hospitals and distributors in the US is a plus. • Experience with Salesforce.com, CLM, and Price Quoting tools is a plus. • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5 Whys, etc. is a plus.
