• Provide full-cycle recruitment support across multiple subsidiaries in the Life Sciences, Diagnostics & Biotech industries. • Lead strategic kick-off calls to understand hiring needs. • Conduct talent supply & demand reviews. • Create and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies.
• University’s Degree or equivalent experience. • Numerous years of Recruitment experience (including coaching hiring managers, developing and executing innovative search techniques and cultivating talent pipelines) gained in corporate environments, or agencies or working as RPO. • Excellent communication skills in English and Polish, in written and in spoken. • Previous experience from the R&D / Production Companies (recruiting white-collars & blue-collars) would be an asset.
