Description

Requirements

• Minimum Associates degree, preferably in a healthcare related field. • Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in a healthcare related field. • Minimum 8 years of Risk Adjustment coding experience. • Minimum 5 years managing coders or auditors. • Current CCS, CRC or CPC accreditation minimum required. • Minimum of 5 years experience in Medicare Advantage Risk Adjustment, CDI, Medicaid, and Commercial Risk Adjustment. • Familiarity with HIPAA patient privacy requirements. • Experience in product development, risk adjustment coding Apps and technology. • RADV audit experience leading HHS IVA and/or CMS RADV audit teams. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Keen attention to detail and expertise with Risk Adjustment coding data and results.
