Description

• Provide production administration in a complex application and data warehouse environment. • Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve failures; provide clarity with in-depth data research; implement fixes. • Collaborate with teams across IT to resolve complex issues and provide optimal solutions. • Participate in on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree preferred. • 4-6 years' experience in a Systems Administrator role • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical thinker with the ability to conceptualize a system in terms of both data/object model and application flows. • Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolution of application and environment issues • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Incident reporting tool • Experienced with ITIL Processes, Healthcare regulations (HIPAA), and System compliance audits (SOX). • Administrative experience with Business Intelligence applications and data warehouse environments
