• You’ll be the face and voice of Deel for our clients, both internally and externally. • Responsible for onboarding Clients and setting them up for durable relationships with Deel. • Serve as our client’s trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance during the onboarding phase on operational and product-related issues. • Facilitating on-time onboarding through project management of all stakeholders involved. • Get energized by tackling complex, challenging, often ambiguous problems and driving real impact across a business. • Thrive in a highly collaborative, high-performance team.
• 3+ years in a customer onboarding role supporting a B2B SaaS product, particularly in HR, Payroll, and Finance domains. • Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and a passion for teaching others, whether a customer or a colleague. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. You are focused, action-oriented, and always anticipating the next steps. • Ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation, and verbal formats to customers and team members. • High attention to detail with the capability to design organized and effective onboarding plans and schedules for clients. • Driven, quick-thinking, and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment. You excel in an autonomous work setting, expertly prioritizing tasks and identifying internal and external blockers. • 3+ years of experience in Implementation or Technical Account Management at a fast-paced SaaS company. Proficiency in HR, Payroll, Benefits, Project Management, or Fintech is a plus. • Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and across multiple time zones. • Skilled in tools such as JIRA, SFDC, G Suite, Gainsight, • Fluent in English, with additional fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese being a bonus.
