•Devoted Studios is a production management company for external development in video games. •We are looking for a Gaming Industry Expert Lead Recruiter with broad experience across various global markets. •This role requires someone well-connected within the gaming sector and capable of advising hiring managers on filling strategic vacancies. •The ideal candidate will help secure talent for all areas of game development, live services, and creative fields. •This is a fully remote role, hiring in Canada and Europe.
Requirements
•Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience, with at least 4 years focused on the gaming industry. •Strong understanding of the various aspects of the gaming business, including outsourcing, co-development, art, service providers, live services, and platform relationships. •Experience recruiting in different global markets •Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. •Proven ability to create and implement strategic recruitment plans tailored to the gaming industry's unique challenges.
