• Join DICK'S Sporting Goods as a Cybersecurity Engineer II. • Design, analyze, and support security technologies focused on bot mitigation. • Assist in developing security technology documentation and improving security toolsets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer science, management information systems, cybersecurity, or equivalent experience • 3-5 years of experience in web application security, network security, bot mitigation detection and prevention • Working knowledge of modern application architectures, bot characteristics, and emerging threats • Understanding of bot mitigation techniques, such as the use of CAPTCHAs, and rate limiting • Experience with web application firewalls (WAFs) and/or bot mitigation solutions • Contributions to the technology community (nice to have) • Experience in behavioral analysis and/or AI/ML (nice to have) • Scripting capability in one or more languages (PowerShell, bash, Python, etc.) (nice to have)
