Description

• PE-backed start-up, DoseSpot is a dynamic and innovative leader in electronic prescribing software market and its subsidiary, pVerify, is an industry leading insurance verification solution. • Seeking an experienced and strategic Director, Product Management to lead a product team and drive development of innovative solutions. • Report to the Chief Product Officer and be responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and execution. • Lead a team of product managers to drive enhancements to existing user experience as well as develop new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading successful product teams. Of these 7 years, 3-5 years of experience leading a product management team required. • Experience in HealthTech, healthcare, or highly regulated environments is highly desirable. Expertise in enhancing customer experience and managing growth initiatives is preferred. • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience building and scaling product teams at various levels. • Solid understanding of software development processes, SaaS, APIs, and agile methodologies. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders globally.
