• We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Data Intelligence Analyst to support our data initiatives at DrBalcony. • In this role, you will own the creation of insightful dashboards, manage and optimize data sources, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable intelligence. • This role offers opportunities to transition into advanced analytics and data science projects. • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Metabase to visualize key metrics and KPIs. • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights. • Partner with product, operations, and leadership teams to understand data needs and deliver insights tailored to business goals. • Identifying opportunities for automating reporting and streamlining data workflows.
Requirements
• Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role. • Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools like Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI. • Knowledge of relational databases and data integration techniques. • Ability to interpret complex data and present it clearly. • Strong verbal and written communication to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Exposure to Python, R, or other analytics tools is a plus. • Familiarity with statistical analysis or machine learning concepts is an advantage.
