Description

• Field IT Technicians support multiple locations in the Texas Southwest area • Installation, configuration, support, and proactive maintenance of systems • Act as the first line of support for end-user requests • Configure and set up new installations of car wash Point of Sale (PoS) • Install and support Office 365, Remote access software, and various applications • Proactively monitor and keep car washes operational • Communicate with District Managers and site staff on support activities

Requirements

• 1+ years installing, managing, and supporting Microsoft platforms • Able to learn quickly and think critically to solve problems • Ability to see the bigger picture whilst maintaining attention to detail • Responsive to internal customers and able to explain technology in simple terms • Approachable, showing modesty and patience towards users • Ability to integrate easily and work closely in a small team • Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Willing to travel to washes across the United States • Experience in phone communication systems and mobile platforms • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 to answer common end-user questions • Knowledge and understanding of systems networking • Experience in managing and monitoring backup systems
