β€’ Field IT Technicians support multiple locations in the Texas Southwest area β€’ Installation, configuration, support, and proactive maintenance of systems β€’ Act as the first line of support for end-user requests β€’ Configure and set up new installations of car wash Point of Sale (PoS) β€’ Install and support Office 365, Remote access software, and various applications β€’ Proactively monitor and keep car washes operational β€’ Communicate with District Managers and site staff on support activities

Requirements

β€’ 1+ years installing, managing, and supporting Microsoft platforms β€’ Able to learn quickly and think critically to solve problems β€’ Ability to see the bigger picture whilst maintaining attention to detail β€’ Responsive to internal customers and able to explain technology in simple terms β€’ Approachable, showing modesty and patience towards users β€’ Ability to integrate easily and work closely in a small team β€’ Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment β€’ Willing to travel to washes across the United States β€’ Experience in phone communication systems and mobile platforms β€’ Experience with Microsoft Office 365 to answer common end-user questions β€’ Knowledge and understanding of systems networking β€’ Experience in managing and monitoring backup systems
