Description
• Responsible for performing research and analysis to support business operations. • Elicits, documents, develops and tracks business and functional requirements. • Develops and maintains reporting tools for measuring performance. • Facilitates the implementation of changes with management and staff. • Utilizes CRM tool (Salesforce) for analysis and reporting on lead generation metrics.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) • 3+ years of experience in related field • In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field • In-depth knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce) • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions • Experience using Salesforce strongly preferred
