• EasyLlama transforms HR compliance through engaging training solutions. • Seeking a Talent & People Coordinator to support recruitment and optimize HR operations in a fast-paced setting. • Responsibilities include mastering recruitment processes, enhancing HR policy, optimizing onboarding, elevating company culture, and implementing HR data management.

Requirements

• You have 2+ years of experience in recruitment or People, preferably in a fast-paced environment. • You excel at multitasking, prioritizing effectively, and adapting quickly in an ambiguous startup setting. • You possess exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. • You have strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of handling confidential information discreetly. • You're proficient in Google Workspace and experienced with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), including reporting and daily management. • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
