• Join our dynamic team as an SDR Manager focusing on the North American market • Empower your team of 3 SDRs to achieve their target of qualified opportunities • Deliver on quarterly “handover” targets (or qualified opportunities) • Day to day management of the team (weekly team meetings, 1to1s, performance reviews...etc) • Grow and structure the North American SDR Team • Create and optimize outbound strategies, outreach sequences and efficiency using technology and tools • Train & coach the team • Attend conferences and events • Define & execute new strategies to generate qualified opportunities • Work closely with Marketing/Ops team to improve lead generation

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as an SDR Manager or other sales role where you had the opportunity to either manage, coach or mentor people • You had the opportunity to manage the entire sale cycle in a complex product environment • You know how to drive and motivate a team of people • You are known for your high level of energy • You can show empathy towards your team and towards prospects • You always look for best practices and new improvements • Bonus: Experience working booths at events • Preference for working in a start-up environment
