• You will be a key member of the trading team working closely with the eCommerce Director • Taking ownership for on-site execution of our brands’ campaign and commercial activities • Leading the communication with all digital marketing channels (SEA, SEO, Affiliates, Influencer, CRM and Social) • Design and develop marketing strategies and commercial plans to attract target users through all online marketing channels • Support the development of marketing campaigns and strategies and drive our on-site and email messaging • Daily monitoring of data and managing KPIs for all e-commerce metrics • Daily monitoring of the competitor landscape, reacting to any trading updates and proposing and implementing changes • Supporting the commercial strategy for our brands and clients, determining campaign briefs, pricing and discount strategy • Deep diving into every brand’s on-site experience and journey optimisation for the customer • Operating as a specialist for the customer’s expectations and demands and feeding those insights back to all digital channels
• Strong commercial awareness and numbers driven • First experience in an e-commerce business, start-up or agency handling the online strategy and marketing channels (PPC, SEO, Email etc.) • Self-organised, analytical, and comfortable presenting at all levels • Ability to think both creatively and commercially • Excited to take on a range of brands’ operational activities with a motivated international team of like-minded individuals
