• We’re looking for an Account Executive with a minimum of 3 years of New Business Development experience within Staffing & Recruiting. • This role offers the freedom to harness your existing relationships and dive into new ones, supported by our robust recruiting and technology team. • You’ll have untapped commission potential, with a base between $7,200-$18,000 and OTE between $30,000-$72,000 in your first year and scaling as you build and grow relationships. • You'll have the ability to grow your earnings with no cap. • Cultivate and expand relationships with clients you generate, understanding their unique needs and presenting tailored staffing solutions. • Engage in proactive business development through cold-calling, networking events, and industry conferences. • Represent our services with authenticity, ensuring successful placements with our recruiting team’s support. • Drive sales and exceed revenue targets with no cap on commission.
• Minimum 3++ years in Staffing and Recruiting Sales with a proven ability to close self-prospected deals and grow client accounts. • Most previous role should be Staffing/Recruiting Sales. • Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken). • Experience generating, negotiating and closing Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Direct Placement Roles. • Preferred: Experience in a Full-Desk role and experience selling Offshore Staffing services. • Track record of consistently exceeding Sales quotas 100%+. • Existing client relationships that can carry over and a knack for building trust quickly. • Type A personality with a competitive edge, ready to exceed expectations and earn significant income on a high-commission plan. • The adaptability to connect with diverse clients and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and remote team environment. • High-energy, positive attitude, with the gift of gab and a love for selling staffing services.
