Description

• Drive execution of projects, including program management and change management • Lead the definition and implementation of new clinical workflows and processes • Design and conduct experiments to optimize existing clinical operations • Develop and manage KPIs/SLAs to measure the performance of clinical operations • Identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvement • Work cross-functionally with member services, network development, legal, analytics and provider teams • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies • Provide insights to inform the strategic direction of the company: conduct market research, drive competitive analyses, and report findings to clinical leadership

Requirements

• 4+ years of healthcare consulting experience at a leading healthcare consulting firm focused on at least one of the following: strategy, operations, finance • 2+ years of operating experience at a health tech or healthcare services organization • Demonstrated excellence in project management and leadership skills • Experience working in high-performing, cross-functional teams • Ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
