Description
• Responsible for leading the work team in the development of projects. • Ensuring client and organization satisfaction through effective communication. • Implementing best practices in project management and compliance with procedures. • Collaborating on contract drafting and project team formation. • Preparing initial project budgets and supporting performance evaluations. • Coordinating project plans including quality, costs, and schedule management. • Assessing risks and documenting project needs. • Managing project communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
• Use of agile software development methodologies: SCRUM, Kanban, among others. • Management of communications. • Negotiation and stakeholder management. • Management of project constraints: time, scope, cost and quality. • Fundamentals of software development. • Software engineering processes (development cycle and quality control). • Software quality assurance (different types of tests, test cycle). • Process groups: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Control and Closure of software projects. • Risk Management. • Technical documentation. • Software efficiency and performance.
