• Contribute to the development, implementation and evolution of the contractual strategy related to the project management (MOE) contract • Participate in, coordinate and propose improvements to the contractual strategies associated with the contracts of the contracted parties under management • Support pre-litigation situations in liaison with the Group Legal Department • Be attentive, communicate effectively and maintain good working relationships with Client teams and the teams of the contracted parties • Manage the Project Contract Management team: support, supervise and lead on a daily basis a team of 4 to 10 people • Contribute to the skills development of your team members and of all stakeholders • Provide, together with the team, daily contractual support to operational staff working on the Project • Participate in and coordinate day-to-day contractual activities
• Master’s degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or a degree in law, business school or institute of political studies (IEP), ideally complemented by advanced training in Project Management • At least 15 years’ experience in rail or infrastructure, managing large projects and in contract management, including a period with managerial responsibility • Provide references for claims management in French public and private contracts • Experience with FIDIC contracts would be an advantage • Rigorous and analytical mindset with strong negotiation skills • Curious, ambitious for your team and committed to collaborative work • Proactive
