Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience with Articulate Storyline and other eLearning development tools. • Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio showcasing custom graphics, animations, and visual storytelling techniques. • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and animation tools. • Understanding of instructional design principles and the ability to apply them to visual design. • Exceptional communication and project management skills with a focus on creative collaboration. • Experience designing accessible eLearning content that adheres to WCAG guidelines. • Background in multimedia design and experience using video editing software. • Knowledge of LMS integration, SCORM, and xAPI compatibility. • Experience with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript in creating interactive graphics.
