β€’ About the Job: Employment Hero aims to make employment easier and more valuable for everyone. β€’ Part of the Direct Sales team leading the UK Inbound SDR team. β€’ Drive team performance, coach through regular meetings, streamline processes, identify markets, and report trends. β€’ Design reporting in Salesforce and leverage tools to generate SQLs and meet targets. β€’ Collaborate cross-functionally to develop strategies to grow the pipeline.

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of proven, high-volume sales experience (B2B) β€’ 2+ years' experience running and leading an Inbound SDR team β€’ A track record of meeting targets β€’ Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment β€’ Demonstrable Experience driving rigorous sales development execution, including KPI management (hourly/daily metrics), forecasting, and pipeline management.
