β€’ Answer Inbound Calls from customers/clients with questions concerning and/or related to their account. β€’ Respond to all customer inquiries by utilizing information learned during training and resources available. β€’ Identify customer needs to ensure the customer is provided complete and accurate information. β€’ Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints and difficult situations. β€’ Process required transactions via web-based applications. β€’ Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company and client programs, policies, and technology. β€’ Communicate effectively in a warm and empathetic manner. β€’ Provide support to other positions/operations in cases during heavy workloads or absences.

Requirements

β€’ Must be at least 18 years of age or older. β€’ Must have a High School Diploma, or equivalent. β€’ Six months minimum experience in call center, customer service and/or dispatcher experience. β€’ Customer Service experience. β€’ Working knowledge with computer and Windows personal computer applications.
