Description
• Collaborate with data team to maintain dashboards for leadership • Develop KPIs for Enterprise programs and support data tracking • Clean and analyze business performance data • Prepare data and reports for compliance with federal grants • Interpret data insights through visualizations and reports • Automate data processes and collaborate with Data Engineer team • Maintain project documentation for accuracy and transparency
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience preferred in data strategies and analytics • Educational background in business analytics, related fields • Proficiency with SQL databases and statistical methods, preferably Python • Experience with data visualization and mapping platforms, PowerBI • Excellent communication skills for non-technical audiences • Strong collaborative skills, adaptable • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills • Curiosity and passion for social equity
