• Equip’s Events Marketing Manager will support event strategy and execution. • Key driver of conference strategy, including goal setting and budget management. • Work collaboratively with teams across Equip and attend events independently. • Reports to Director of B2B Marketing.
• 4+ years of event and/or marketing experience. • The ability to break down large projects into individual tasks to create milestones and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience with budget management. • Excellent time management skills to maximize productivity and performance. • High attention to detail. Must understand that small things can impact a project. • Critical thinking skills to create solutions that will yield the highest quality impact. • Comfortable interacting with many people, including vendors, attendees, and executives. • A strong sense of ownership in your work and the company’s health. • Ability to influence change and build consensus, including confidence collaborating across a variety of functional stakeholders. • Natural instinct and a self-start mentality.
