â˘Own the full sales-cycle from lead to close â˘Prospect, develop, and manage a sales pipeline â˘Conduct 30 cold calls a day with the goal of generating 3 self-sourced meetings a week. â˘Close customers onto the EvenUp Platform through inbound and outbound efforts â˘Build relationships with attorneys and decision-makers across personal injury law firms â˘Prioritize your book of business and develop and execute on account plans for each individual account, including identifying new opportunities, and bridging use cases across departments â˘Handle inbound sales opportunities and all customer inquiries in a timely, efficient, and organized manner â˘Educate and consult customers on the value of EvenUp throughout the sales and adoption cycle â˘Learn the EvenUp product line and technology, and be able to answer all customer questions to an exceptional level â˘Travel to events and conferences to meet key law firm decision-makers and close deals â˘Consistently be in communication with other members of our team
â˘At least 3 years of sales experience, ideally in the SaaS space â˘Ability to execute high volumes of outbound sales calls daily â˘Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets â˘Solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail â˘Excellent written and verbal communication skills â˘Self driven and results-oriented â˘Team player with a competitive spirit â˘Familiarity with our CRM (Hubspot) â˘Bonus if you've been an AE at another startup or within the legal space
