They build employer and product branding, run multi-channel marketing and recruitment campaigns, and implement systems and processes to automate and scale applicant and order generation. Their work focuses on solving hiring bottlenecks and stabilizing order flow so clients can grow efficiently and reduce time spent on tactical recruiting and marketing.

📋 Description

• You keep an overview within your department, use our project management system to correctly prioritize clients, and ensure all projects are completed on time and successfully. • You write outstanding advertising copy for client projects based on the marketing strategies we develop. • You set up the complete technical side of our clients' email marketing and handle the connection of domains, websites and tools. • You regularly check our systems, test email sequences and ensure that everything runs smoothly from a technical perspective. • You are the primary point of contact for our clients. If anything gets stuck, you step in — you find solutions and help make processes more efficient. • You document setups and workflows so that our technical knowledge is retained in a structured way over the long term.

🎯 Requirements

• You have experience with email marketing or direct-mail content. • You are familiar with email marketing tools and can create presentations for a video pitch. • You are extremely well organized and structured, so you can manage a double-digit number of client projects simultaneously. • You work independently and reliably and are able to maintain your project management cleanly and accurately. • You enjoy client contact and can find solutions to their questions or problems. • Bonus, not required: experience with no-code tools or automations (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n). • You have worked with a variety of industries and target audiences.
